Hey all. As most of you might know already, baby Hannah is hear! She was born on Saturday, December 9th at 8:01 PM. She weighed 7 pounds. She is absolutely beautiful and is a very content baby! She has lots of jet black hair but we sdon't know the color of her eyes yet. The delivery didn't go as planned but that doesn't matter, she is here safe and sound now. I love her so much and she is such a joy to have. We're still managing to get enough sleep. lol. She hardly cries and seems very happy! I'll keep you updated and maybe share more of the dilivery later. I'm off to play with my beautiful, lovely daughter! lol

Actually, she was born on my sister's due date, and unless her little one is born today, an induction is taking place tomorrow.

Hey all! Thanks so much to everyone for all their congratulations and good wishes. We apppreciate it! Hannah is doing great. She is a week old today. We took her on her first walk outside around town. She seemed to enjoy it. She's already a little character! lol. She has her own little personality. I wrote this in my lj already but I'll tell again. lol. One time after feeding her I was burping her. I was patting her back and she was looking away from me. She then suddenly turned her little head, looked right at me, and let out a huge burp and then turned her head away again. I couldn't stop laughing! lol. She takes after her mommy! hehehehe. Well, got to go now. She's calling me. lol.

Congrats guys and enjoy those little moments it goes way to fast. Mine is 2 already and I miss when he was tiny like that.
Congradulations and hugs for all three of you. That's interesting about the hair. I'd be curious to know if it falls out and comes in another color or changes in time. I was born with jet black hair then after a few months, as sometimes happens my hair fell out and came in a medium to dark brown. It is now a very dark brown, but I do find it interesting as I know a few people who had similar experiences. Please update us with that about the hair and with the eye color once you find out. I've read enough baby books to stock a library but still have not come across the answer to this question and so will ask it here. Does anyone know if it is true that all babies accept for albinos are indeed born with blue eyes which later change color? Or, do they say blue and simply mean light eyes and that the color darkens? Just curious about that. I think it was post 12, or maybe 13. Either way, rofl. I will never let my son or daughter with in clicking range of the zone. lol Once again, congradulations.
